The Details
Flexible, Quarterly Deliveries
Your first shipment of 12 or 24 cans will go out the day after sign-up and every three months thereafter. Your card is only charged when your wines are shipped, and you can easily skip a shipment or cancel your membership at any time.
Completely Customizable
We’ll select a mix of wines, including limited releases only available to members. Select our picks or choose the wines you want to create a box customized to you.
The Best Prices
Your membership discount of 10% or 20% is automatically applied to any of the wines in your box. Your discounts will also be automatically applied to any additional à la carte orders or gifts.
Events Invites and Tastings
We’ll send you invites to “Meet the Maker” virtual events and local gatherings. You’ll also have the opportunity to be on our tasting panel, helping us select wines before they are available to the public.
Your Wine Concierge
Two weeks before your shipment, we’ll send you a reminder so that you can customize, confirm, or skip your upcoming order. Text our member Wine Line at any time with questions or to get help with your selections.

Cabernet Pfeffer

Maker: Nicole Walsh, Ser Winery
Composition: 100% Cabernet Pfeffer from Wirz and Enz Vineyards in Cienega Valley.
Notes: Cranberry, pomegranate, white pepper – an ultra-rare grape from 100-year-old vines.
About: Nicole is a Santa Cruz surfer making big waves in cool-climate wine, growing super rare grapes in rugged coastal terrain. Meaning “pepper” in German, Cab Pfeffer is a delicate wine known for its red fruit flavors and whispers of white pepper spice. Less than 10 acres of the grape are planted in North America. The Cabernet Pfeffer was carefully crafted from fruit by Wirz Vineyard: an old-vine, organic, dry-farmed vineyard 25 miles from Monterey Bay.
Albariño
Happy Canyon AVA, Santa Barbara, CA
Maker: Tara & Mireia, Camins 2 Dreams
Composition: 100% Albariño from Santa Ynez Vineyard in Santa Barbara, CA
Notes: Tropical fruits, white flowers, and honey - a refreshingly bright, dry, white wine.
About: Tara, part of the Chumash Tribe, met Mireia, originally from Spain, while working harvest at a California winery in '06. For the next few years, the two winemakers traveled the world’s wine regions together—from Bordeaux to Germany to Spain, and fell in love through their adventures. Their winery “Camins 2 Dreams”, or, the “path” to their dreams, is a nod to their love of travel, wine, and each other.

What is Maker?
Maker is premium canned wine from independent winemakers. We source award-winning wines from the best small producers in California. Each can of wine highlights the story of the small producer who made it, and represents a different maker and region that we love.
We prioritize wine producers from diverse backgrounds that use organic and sustainable farming practices. Our wines are fermented to dry, with zero grams of sugar, and minimal sulfur additions. The wine is not “changed” or “dumbed down” for the can — it is the same award-winning wine you can find in bottles at the makers’ wineries.
Who are your winemakers?
At Maker we believe that every wine has a story. In addition to having a high bar for quality, we want to elevate underrepresented voices in the wine industry and highlight unique stories and backgrounds. Our winemakers believe in minimal intervention winemaking, and we prioritize wine producers that use organic and sustainable farming practices. Some of the wineries we’ve collaborated with include Sutro Wine Co., Handley Cellars, Terah Wine Co., Alta Orsa Winery, and J Dusi Wines.
What is Maker's criteria for selecting wines?
Quality: Our wines are vintage (year), varietal (grape type), and often vineyard specific. Wines that represent a time and place that the winemaker is proud to put their name on, not white-labeled bulk juice hidden by a fancy label.
Values: Our winemakers believe in sustainable farming practices and low intervention winemaking. Our wines are dry, with zero grams of sugar and minimal sulfur additions.
Diversity: We partner with diverse, small-batch makers to elevate their underrepresented voices and premium wines.
When will I get my first Can Club shipment?
Your first Can Club shipment (and some fun merch) will go out the day after purchase. You can select our seasonal picks, or customize the box however you'd like.
Are there any commitments? Can I skip a shipment or cancel my membership?
There are no commitments with the Can Club! You can skip a shipment directly in your account page or cancel your membership at any time by emailing our Support team at support@makerwine.com.
