### Zinfandel

**Maker:** Janell Dusi  
**Composition:** 100% Zinfandel from 50% Dante Dusi Vineyard, 50% Paper St. Vineyard in Paso Robles.  
**Notes:** Dark berries, vanilla, and spice.  
**About:** Grapevines were Janell’s playground as a child. Her family owned some of the oldest Zinfandel vineyards in California for four generations. Now, she’s bringing a whole new perspective to the family farming tradition by putting Paso Robles Zinfandel in a can. This Old Vine Zin captures the best of two different vineyards - big and spicy elements from Paper Street vineyard, and soft, earthy flavors from Dusi vineyard. The result? A perfectly balanced wine full of dark berries, vanilla, and spice.

**Composition:** 25% Sangiovese, 25% Barbera, 20% Cab Sauvignon, 10% Zinfandel, 10% Petit Verdot, Petite Sirah 10%  
**Vineyard:** Bootjack Vineyard-Paso Robles (SIP Certified)  
**Notes:** Red fruit, light vanilla, balanced tannins – bright berries on the nose and palate.  
**About:** This red blend of Sangiovese, Barbera, and Cab Sauv hails from the dry, hilly hillsides of Paso Robles. The terrain lends bold fruit character and a balanced structure that captures the warmth of the region. Aged 16 months in mostly neutral oak, it’s full-bodied with juicy red fruit, soft tannins, and just a kiss of spice.

**About:** Nicole is a Santa Cruz surfer making big waves in cool-climate wine, growing super rare grapes in rugged coastal terrain. She specializes in unique single-vineyard, single-varietal wines, like this very special Rosé of Grenache, that are a pure reflection of where they came from.
